I’m Grant Kendzior, the CEO and Founder of Eco Breakthroughs and Head of Strategic Partnerships at 4ocean. My mission is to blend business acumen with a deep commitment to sustainability, creating innovative solutions that restore harmony between culture and nature.
EDUCATION & EXPERTISE
With a robust educational foundation including a Bachelor’s in Business Management and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the University of Florida, along with a Sustainable Business Strategy certificate from Harvard Business School, I have built a career on combining business acumen with sustainability. As a serial entrepreneur with several impactful businesses, I have brokered millions of dollars in business-to-business deals with some of the world’s largest companies.

Philanthropy is at the heart of my mission. Through impact investing and collaboration with nonprofits and grassroots organizations, I work to support initiatives that tackle plastic pollution, climate change, promote social entrepreneurship, and advance sustainability. My efforts extend beyond financial contributions; I actively engage with communities around the world, from indigenous women in Guatemala to refugee camps in Uganda. My goal is to create a ripple effect of positive change.
