Grant Kendzior envisions a world based on love, where Ecopreneurs use empathy and strategy to restore the harmony between culture and nature. He is invested in the concept of Ecopreneurship -- using innovation and sustainability, balanced with empathy and strategy, to solve all ecological problems through entrepreneurship. He believes in a world where learning is free, moonshot ideas are celebrated, and people can create with love in service to the planet and their community.
Grant is an impact investor, philanthropist, avid outdoorsman, and all-around grateful guy. Known by his loved ones as Grateful Grant, he spreads generosity and hope through spirituality and a deep connection with nature. He has been mentored by Michael Singer (of The Untethered Soul at the Temple of the Universe, FL) and Master Chen (tai chi/kung fu and daoist practices at the Dao House, CO). He has been passionately working to combat climate change as a Climate Reality Leader and has been trained by Al Gore and the Climate Reality Network.
Grant has led projects around the world. From the rural jungles of Guatemala where he was working with Mayan indigenous women, to the garbage heaps near Ugandan refugee camps, to the Amazon rainforest of Bolivia where he was working with local animal refugees and indigenous leaders, Grant has spoken to audiences of all sizes and backgrounds. He is honored to have engaged with young students in schools and universities, with executives in major corporations, and with the United Nations in Switzerland. Grant thrives when he can be a bridge between worlds, working hand-in-hand with folks in rural indigenous villages, in boardrooms of corporations across the US, and with billionaire philanthropists in Switzerland.
